To quote Krifa: A good day at work is basically about thriving and feeling motivated in your working life – in your entire life.
Research shows that seven factors particularly impact our desire to work.

Meaning - colleagues - results - mastery - balance - leadership – participation in decision-making.

These seven factors have been transposed to graphic expression and they are included in the Krifa décor, each contributing each their distinct expression.

CoverSingle in 5 mm wool felt featuring the seven factors as cut-out elements and text contribute nicely to a good day at work by dividing the rooms into various zones. Krifa selected several colour themes which are applied in different decorating contexts. The seven factors are included in each theme by its specific felt colour. In addition to dividing the rooms in a flexible and transparent manner, the felt helps dampening noise in the open-plan offices.
